Refunds are not available on a purchased tapestry. Custom tapestry or sale items can not be returned. If your tapestry has been damaged in transit please contact me within 2 days of receiving your piece so we can discuss.
If you are not completely satisfied with your framed print purchase we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your product for exchanges only.
All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping cost are the responsibility of the buyer. I recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking. I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. All items must be returned unused and in new condition. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be returned and will be sent back to the customer.
